Body found Sunday suspected to be missing boater; identification still pending

MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA — The Essex County District Attorney’s office suspects the body found Sunday in Manchester-by-the-Sea may be a boater missing since an Oct. 3 boat crash in the harbor.
